Spanish for Everyone takes you on a journey to Mexico where helpful characters take it upon themselves to help you learn Spanish and have some fun along the way. Whether you're a novice or a Spanish speaking expert, Spanish for Everyone offers a fun way to help get your Spanish in tip-top shape and keep it there.

• Three modes of gameplay: La Piñata (hangman), Find Palabras (word find), and Match Tarjetas (cards)
• Learn the basics of reading and hearing through fun gameplay
• Entertaining mini-games include tests with varying difficulty levels to challenge even fluent experts

Purchases from buyers with a value of £30 or higher, will only be dispatched to verified Paypal accounts with confirmed addresses.

To Verify your Paypal account, please log on to www.paypal.co.uk and follow the online instructions.  All purchases received from buyers over with a value of £30 or more who have an un-verified paypal account and unconfirmed shipping address will be refunded immediately minus a 15% re-stocking fee.  If you require any further information regarding payments, please contact us at as_gamestore@hotmail.co.uk - we will be happy to help.

  We do NOT currently post to BFPO and PO Box Numbers.  No pickups are permitted.  Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland customers, please contact us prior to purchase as an additional postage charge will be incurred.

Postage and Packaging costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout.  Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping. The order cannot be modified after checkout has been completed.  Please see individual item listings for specific shipping cost and information.

• Your order will be processed for shipment within 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information.
  
• Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, City-Link and Parcelforce.
  
• Some items may require a signature, if you are not available and have been left a Card - it is YOUR responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pickup from the relevant courier.
  
• AS_Gamestore will not be held responsible for loss or any damage that occurs to your parcel whilst it is being delivered.

RETURNS

All sales come with a 7-day warranty unless advertised differently. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. If the item is faulty, dead on arrival (DOA) then we will issue you with a working replacement. If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a full refund (including shipping).

• For replacement, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
  
• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds or replacements.
  
• Items should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via trackable means.
  
• Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Material differences to the product listing must be reported within 3 days from date of delivery.
  
• Buyer is responsible for all return Postage and Packaging charges.
  
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
  
• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please send an email to as_gamestore@hotmail.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

AS Gamestore is not responsible for any items that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

• We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned items.
  
• Items should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
  
• Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
  

POSTAL INSURANCE

All items come with a FREE Postal Insurance up to the value of £28 pounds and subject to Royal Mail's Terms and Conditions.  If an item is lost in the post, we are unable to submit a claim until 3 weeks from the date of dispatch.  Any claim submitted can take up to 2 months to be concluded by Royal Mail and their decision regarding compensation is final.
