TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Make sure that you have read the description of the item for sale and understand what you are bidding on BEFORE making your bid. Ask any questions that you have regarding the item BEFORE making a bid.
• Payment is to be made by PayPal, other methods of payment are not accepted.
• Contact us before buying to check availability of the item you choose.
  
• Returns are only accepted on faulty or wrongly sized items. Items that have been worn, smell of cigarette smoke, deliberately damaged or obviously defaced will be returned to the Buyer and no refund will be issued. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the buyer is legally required to take reasonable care of the item.
• We must be notified of your intention to return the item within 2 days of you receiving the item, and it MUST be returned within 7 DAYS of receipt or you will forfeit your right to return the item for a refund. All returned items should be accompanied by the item number and reason for return. Returns will NOT be accepted outside these time scales.
• Refunds will be made for the cost of the item only. Postage costs are not refundable under any circumstances. Return shipping costs are paid for by the Buyer and are not refundable.
• If an item is in need of return, once you have contacted me, please carefully repackage the item, including all tags, labels and original packaging, including a brief note outlining the reason for return, along with the eBay Item Number
