Multiple orders.

Postal Strikes.

Any orders made while a postal strike is active including the day before it starts, will be posted the day after it ends.

The reason for this is that if i post your item during the strike then your order will become backlog and stored in a warehouse and may take months to arrive.

Posting after the strike ends will ensure your order is delivered in the normal way.

Lost in Post

It hasn't happened yet, but if anything does go missing in the post there is a waiting period of 15 working days (3 weeks)

before a claim can be made to Royal mail for compensation. I always obtain a certificate of posting in case this happens,

However i can not replace or refund until Royal mail have completed their investigation and agree to compensate me.
