Please buy with confidence - I am UK based and all of my goods are here in the UK waiting immediate dispatch to you, once you pay I like to post straight away, I feel that I offer great value for money and unlike some sellers do not charge over the top postage [e.g. 1p for item and £10.00 postage] I can offer a discount for more than one item bought even if it is not the same item you might like e.g. say 3 different items buy them then request a total amount from me, or contact me via email I always give a discount on multiple items bought.

My Items that are for sale

Mostly I sell overstocks from either the high street store or supermarkets, a lot of the items either have a damaged box or no box check each individual auction for the description of the packaging

I DO NOT SELL CHIPPED, FAKES COPIES OR COUNTERFIT ITEMS, ALL MY ITEMS COME FROM MAJOR CHAINS SO UNLESS THEY START SELLING FAKES I will not be selling them either

Nevertheless, please only bid/buy it now, on items you intend to pay for an excuse as no money in the bank will lead to a strike against you, but saying that I have many customers who might have to a wait a week or so for their pay to go into the bank, as long as I know when payment is expected that’s cool by me –

My opening times I work on this site are from 5am to 1pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 10am, Sunday is checked in the morning only, I always print order and then check any emails left to me then.

I do not accept bank transfers my account is not set up to take them

Terms:

Legal:  Please only bid on this item if you intend to pay if you win, as a winning bid is a legally binding contract between you and me, and I always pursue payment.

 Cheques:  With personal cheques, I will wait for these to clear through the Banking system before sending out your items. 

Postal orders are instant payment and if received by 1pm, will be posted the same working day 

Pay pal: payment:  if received by 1pm will be posted that working day

Monday to Friday 1pm Saturday 10am

Non-Payment:  If I do not receive your payment within 7 days, I will send only one reminder.  If no contact is made, a non-paying bidder notification will be sent to eBay, following which, you could receive negative feedback as a non-paying bidder.  This could result in you receiving a strike and eventual suspension. 

Feedback: I leave feedback as soon as payment is received, your way of telling that your item has been posted. Due to eBay suspending all negative feedback for sellers to leave, any non payment unless otherwise agreed beforehand will be reported to eBay with a negative strike given in all cases,

P&P Charges:  My P&P charges, are one of the lowest on eBay– please do not bid you find my postage charge too high, but check out other sellers postage prices instead

My posting day’s times are as follows

Monday to Friday orders placed and paid before 1pm posted the same day

Saturday 10am and posted same day

Refunds: based on individual cases please email me, if you change your mind you will be charged all postage and jiffy bags cost also any fees by pay pal and eBay.

Delivery:  I post out by Royal Mail to all UK / Europe and international addresses including BFPO destinations following receipt of cleared payment.  I cannot guarantee delivery timescales, as this is the Post Office’s job.  Proof of postage is always obtained (for my own accounting purposes).  For items that are really heavy I use DHL and for this reason I do not send to Europe or international destinations, unless previously agreed by me or mentioned in my ad

Lost in post items Proof of postage is always obtained. So should you not receive your item within 4-6 days please contact your local sorting office as this is what I find the biggest cause of items going missing in the post is that the postman does not leave a card telling you to contact them for redelivery, even though most sellers say that they are not legally obliged if an item does go missing in the post, that is not correct we as sellers are, and it is up to us to make the claim with the post you cannot make the claim, so I do all the paperwork for you if an item goes missing I do have to leave it a full 15 working days before the post office will let me make a claim, but contact me if you think your item is missing we can always sort out something for you.

Packaging:  I use watertight plastic mailing bags, jiffy bags, bubble wrap, which enables me to post your purchase as well wrapped as I can,  hopefully causing no damage to the contents,

                    Please note if the item was sold with damaged packaging you cannot make a claim if you receive with damaged packaging only what has been caused in transit

Quality Control:  Every item is individually checked, in the unlikely event you discovery a quality issue please contact me through via eBay or by phone [that is at the top of your invoice]

Description:  I try my very best to accurately describe the style and colour of each item also the condition of the box so that you get a totally accurate description and no nasty surprises when you receive the item if you believe that the item you receive is not what you ordered contact me first before leaving feedback, as we can resolve before leaving the feedback in 99.9% of all cases, e.g. leaving feedback to say my postage was too high will result in you being banned from my auctions in the future, as it states in my terms not to bid if you do not agree.
