OUR SELLING POLICY

Payment:

We will accept Personal cheques and Postal Orders, personal cheques will take 5 working days for bank clearance, goods will only be released upon cleared funds, even when paying by Paypal.   Bank tansfer is also accepted. Should you wish to collect the item cash on collection is accepted and if the item is delivered by us personally then cash payment is accepted.

Shipping/Delivery :

Most items will be shipped by pallet, oversize items are charged at a double pallet rate.  When a 3rd party carrier is used it is strictly a kerbside delivery only.  A contact telephone number is always required with items shipped by pallet.  Please note that the shipping fees will always be the buyers responsibility and this includes returns.  If the item arrives damaged or appears to be so then indicate this when you sign for the package. 

Returns/Refunds:

Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty or does not work (The item will be tested upon return and then refunded or replaced if the item is faulty). 

If the item is not as described (ie. incorrect item sent, or item is not in the same condition stated in the auction, (I will not accept someone elses interpretation of this in any form of dispute).  Returns must be received by myself within 3 working days of receipt at the buyers own cost.  They must be sent  back on the pallet they were sent on and with the original packaging.

All items are checked and in full working order prior to dispatch, only bid if you are able to pay within 7 days of the auction ending.  Non paying bidders will be reported to Ebay as a non payer, the auction will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.
