DRIES VAN NOTEN Current Fall 09 Runway Green Wool Coat

This is a 100% authentic Dries Van Noten ladieswear item so please bid with complete confidence. It is from Dries Van Noten's current season Fall 2009 runway collection. I purchased it last month and it cost over £1000.00 so my starting bid is like getting it in the sales. As this fall collection is now selling out in the stores this is a wonderful opportunity to get a beautiful current season Dries Van Noten coat at a fraction of the cost.

This beautiful coat is made from the highest quality fabric, which is made from a combination of the softest wool and mohair. The fabric has a slightly raised texture that creates a lovely subtle wavy pattern throughout the material. It is a gorgeous rich shade of bottle green. It has a very sophisticated cut in a straight shape, which is incredibly flattering. It has a very generous collar and has no fastenings, instead it has a wool belt tie for wearing closed. It also hangs beautifully when worn open. The sleeves are cut in a curved shape underneath the arms so that it is very comfortable to wear. The sleeves are beautifully finished with deep turned up cuffs. It has two front pockets and is fully lined in dark green silk. The level of finish inside the coat is exceptional.

I am sorry that my auction photographs do not do this beautiful coat justice, the quality of materials, level of finish and attention to detail is second to none.

It is a size large. When laid flat and unstretched it measures approx.: 20.5 inches when measured from under arm to under arm across the front of the chest, 43 inches in length, with 21.5 inch sleeve length. It has been gently worn on only a couple of occasions and is in really wonderful condition.
