COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY   I am happy to offer a combined shipping rate when more than one of my items are purchased and they can be safely and properly shipped in one container.  Items must be purchased within 14 days of each other to qualify.  To determine the combined shipping rate, I charge the regular calculated shipping rate on the heaviest/largest item.  I then charge 1/3 of the rate for the second item and 1/4 of the rate for the third.  For four or more items shipped combined, I only add an additional $1.00 per item shipped domestically and $3.00 per item shipped internationally.  It will be at my discretion to determine if the items are suitable for the combined shipping and you will be notified if I determine it is not possible due to size, shape, weight or risk of potential damage to the item.  If you have any specific questions regarding my combined shipping policy, please contact me through eBay prior to placing your bid.

ATTENTION BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:   I am required to ship your purchase via USPS Express or Priority Mail International with Insurance if you make payment by PayPal.   This service is the fastest for you, will provide you with insurance coverage for loss, damage, or rifling and your package can also be tracked for determination of delivery.   PayPal purchases must ship to the PayPal account address on record.   These stipulations are a requirement of the eBay and PayPal Protection Coverage Plan for Buyers and Sellers.  If your country does not accept the USPS Express Mail International service, then another shipping service offering insurance and online tracking will be mutually agreed upon between both parties.  The declared value of the item will be listed as the amount paid through the eBay auction.   All customs, duty fees or restricted item violations are the responsibility of the buyer. DISPUTES or CLAIMS

In the event of any dispute, claim or if the package is refused or undeliverable; no refund will be given of the shipping and handling fees and any cost or expense for returning the item, as well as all eBay or PayPal transaction fees will be deducted from any reimbursement given to the buyer.  Any dispute must be made within 30 days of the payment date.  In addition, there may also be a restocking fee deduction of 20% of the purchase price.  This is at the discretion of the Seller, and is in addition to any other deductions regardless if the return is authorized or unauthorized.  If for any reason after 90 days the item is unable to be sent and no new contact has been made; it will be treated as unclaimed or abandoned and any payment will be forfeited, the item donated to charity and the transaction considered ended and closed.
