Therefore please ensure if you will be out, you either rearrange delivery with the courier immediately (they will leave a calling card) or leave a note to arrange to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour Although Royal Mail is mostly reliable, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery as they will not investigate missing items until this amount of time has elapsed.
