There are three different methods of postage and delivery that is used depending on the item that you have won,
When paying please enclose a valid email address and a contact number.
We will email you to let you know which is being used, so please check your emails on a daily basis.
These are as follows
Private courier
2-4 weeks delivery depending on your area. 3-5 for Scotland, Cornwall and hard to reach places
This is a one man delivery service and your help is required at the delivery address at all times, The courier will email you to let you know the delivery day and time slot, please make sure that you are available, if not please email them back asap so that another day and time can be arranged, please note that with the unpredictable nature of furniture delivery’s it is sometimes impossible to honour the exact times, so please be patient while the courier gets to you. The driver will ask for a signature for proof of delivery, if there is
no-one there the driver will not leave it and it will be returned, then the full postage/delivery costs will have to be paid for again before it is scheduled for re-delivery.
