All of our items are checked prior to putting them on ebay, but in the event of an error or for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us prior to leaving feedback, as any problems, queries or errors can easily be rectified with out the need for any negative feedback.
Returns / Refunds can be arranged under certain circumstances & must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item - please make contact prior to returning any item/s & also include any relevant item numbers!
****Combining items / Invoices*****
To enable us to combine payments / invoices, any items won or purchased within 3 days from your 1st purchase, can be combined to get some great discounts on postage & must be paid for by the end of the 3rd day from when the 1st item ended. Any items purchased after the 3rd day will be on a new & separate invoice!
e.g. If you purchased an item on the 15th, then another on the 18th, both of these items can be combined to cut the cost of mailing / shipping, but, they must be paid for by the 18th (3rd day from 1st item ended)! If you then went on to buy another item on the 19th, this will be a separate order / invoice!
