We have just recently moved into the mail order business as well.

  We accept PAYPAL, Postal Orders and Cheques (cheques made payable

  Items are posted next day after receipt of cleared funds. We post most days, but not on Wednesdays or Saturdays.
  

Returns Policy

If any Products supplied should be defective or different from those ordered THE MATCHMEN will provide an immediate full refund on return of Products. Please contact us with the details of the fault/problem within 2 days of delivery to you and we will provide further instructions. We cannot accept damage claims which have not been so noted or of which we are notified after this period.

All non-defective goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery to you. Goods must be unused, in fully resalable condition and in their original packaging. Goods exchanged or replaced for reasons other than complaint will be subject to our postage and packing charges for new orders. We will not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning non-defective goods.
