This is Brand New item.
Item Condition Grade ‘A’
Grade ‘A’ items are in perfect cosmetic and working condition – the same as if they were purchased in a shop. They can include damaged box and 16 day returned products direct from the retailer. We have a trained team of technicians who thoroughly check all items using professional equipment. Everything which we send out is therefore complete, in perfect working order and perfect cosmetic condition. In the event of an item not working we will replace as quick as we can and in accordance with our warranty and returns policy.
Item Condition Grade ‘B’
Grade ‘B’ items are guaranteed to be in working order but will have some signs of usage, such as small scuff marks and light scratches. They will normally come in original picture boxes, but may come in recycled boxes. They will NOT have great big chunks knocked out of them or look like they have been battered non stop for two years! Most of the visible usage will only be noticeable under inspection with a light. Don't be scared - these items look the same as if you used them for a few weeks at home and are sold in working condition. Moreover, our standard warranty period and terms of service are the same on all our products regardless of cosmetic condition.
After you agree to purchase an item from us payment can be made by simply clicking on the Pay Now button on the eBay item page. This will take you to our secure checkout which is provided by Channel Advisor and allow you to make your paypal payment.
We try our best to make sure that all items are delivered within two working days, so we appreciate it if you can make payment as soon as possible after the auction is won. If there is a reason you are unable or do not want to complete the transaction in a timely manner, please talk to us and we will try our best to accommodate you. If payment is not received within 7 working days we automatically report non-payment to eBay so we can reclaim the final value fees from them.
Delivery Time
90% of all orders will be despatched in two working days but please be aware that actual receipt of goods may be delayed if orders are placed late in the week, close to a public holiday, when there is a postal strike, or if you live outside of the Mainland.
We do not charge for shipping if you live in the UK, and if you live outside of the UK the price depends on the weight of your item, and will be shown in the relevant listing.

Our Courier
The majority of our orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked service and larger items are sent by Initial City-Link. You can choose any convenient delivery address, but you must arrange for someone to be present to receive and sign for the package on the expected delivery date. If a Royal Mail parcel cannot be delivered you will need to take the calling card to your local post office to collect the item. In the case of City Link, they will attempt a second delivery but if that fails you will have to collect your item from their depot within 5 days.
Tracking
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. When we despatch the goods you will receive another email with your Tracking number so you can monitor the progress of delivery online.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery?
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to contact us. We will contact the courier and call you back to let you know what's happening. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email us at pentagonebay@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
'No fault - No quibble' returns within 10 days
If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition to us for an exchange or refund.

STEP 2: Please remember to ask for a Proof of Postage certificate from the Post Office or your chosen courier when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit without it.
If no fault is found then the product(s) will be returned and a charge of £11.75 (inc VAT) per product, plus carriage costs will be made to cover technical inspection costs. Manufacturers' inspection charges for 'no fault found' items are far higher than ours, and, if the item requires a full inspection from the manufacturer, their charge will be passed on to the customer.
Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
90 Day Warranty
The warranty on all products is ‘return to base’ and valid for a period of 90 days from date of delivery.
If during this period, PentagonSales is notified of any fault in any product, due to either faulty design or a defect in manufacturing or materials, PentagonSales will replace or repair the product, depending upon the nature of the fault. PentagonSales may also, at its own discretion, refund the purchase price of the faulty product.
A copy of the purchase invoice (Proof of Purchase) must accompany any returned product.
PentagonSales must be notified of the faulty product prior to it being returned to PentagonSales. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed by PentagonSales.
The warranty does not cover accidental or wilful damage.
Consumables (ink cartridges, handset batteries, tapes etc) are not covered by the warranty after a period of 28 days from the date of delivery.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please also remember to ask for a Proof of Postage certificate from the Post Office or your chosen courier when returning goods.
