Items are well packed and a proof of posting is always obtained. Refunds for items confirmed by Royal Mail as being lost are limited to purchase price and not postage costs. Overseas buyers must pay using Paypal, and are responsible for any import duties and tariffs etc. Payment within 5 days please. VHS Videos are all checked and any returns are only eligible for a refund if they are shown to be defective on my equipment and the the fault was not caused by the buyer or the buyers equipment.
