I am delighted to offer for auction a first edition/first printing of the early bond title dr no.Published in the uk in 1958 this is the true Cape first with the dancing lady silohette to the front board.The book also comes in its Original first issue wrapper.The description is as follows....

Bound in original black cloth boards with dancing lady silohette to the front.The boards are in very nice condition showing minimal signs of agewear.Clean and square with sharp corners and spine tips.Internally the book is again very clean with a small date to ffep else untouched throughout.Correct info of first published in 1958 to the copyright page with no subsequent prints mentioned signifying the true first.A really nice example of this elusive title.

The jacket is original to the book and again remains in very good clean condition.This is the first issue jacket with Ian Fleming in black to the spine later printins have it in white/beige.There is a small tear to the base of the spine and a little crushing to the top else complete and clean with just minor handling wear.

So there we have it.One of the earlier and more difficult to find firsts in its original wrapper offered with a sensible price below its value.Good luck and please view my other items for many other first editions from various authors.
