Delivering indoor furniture to homes is a specialized operation. Why go to great lengths of sourcing the finest products from around the world to have a courier throw it around in the back of the vehicle along with every other product in there!

We only use our own vehicles or other carefully selected small independant couriers who specialize in delivering furniture to your home.

You will receive notification of your delivery date via E mail/telephone, normally within 72 hours of placing order.

Delivery will normally take place within seven days from placing the order.

Certain areas outside the UK mainland and certain areas in Scotland may incur longer delivery time scales.

All deliveries will be carried out by our own vehicles or nominated specialists dedicated to Alfresco Fun Ltd furniture sales

All items will be deemed delivered when placed in a convenient room at ground floor level or entrance lobby.

At present we are able to deliver the furniture to any UK mainland destination as far north as Edinburgh and Glasgow.

We are able to arrange delivery further north of Glasgow or Edinburgh, please call or email us before hand so we are able to give you a confirmed price before you buy. At this stage we are not able to offer this delivery service to Ireland, Northern Ireland and any isle surrounding the UK.

If you call or email us we will see if we can find a specialized company who are able to give us a price for doing so. Please do not buy before you have contacted us though.

Payment can either be made by Paypal, cheque, bankers draft or credit card over the phone. Once auction is complete if you wish to pay over the phone please call 01245 362704.

Alfresco offers a full 7 day money back guarantee if you are un happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange collection of your furniture for you.

Once we have the goods collected, in the same condition you recieved them we will refund your money in full LESS the collection charge. (usually the same as delivery charge)
