Reduced due to split packaging! This mattress has 1 small mark on one corner. Its is not really noticeable and this item is considered to be in near perfect condition. This mattress is still in its original packaging and brand new. You will also notice secondary packaging which is provided by us on the dispatch day. The packaging we use is almost bomb proof and this ensures the mattress arrives exactly as described and avoids any damages.
As a professional business we are keen to promote our recycling policy. Please feel free to post the plastic packaging back to us to ensure we can use for further items.

Terms and Conditions

Deliveries within the UK mainland only. Scotland subject to conditions. Scottish bidders must email us before making a purchase to check delivery availability (a surcharge may apply depending on your postcode)

Payments must be made within 7 days of winning the auction otherwise we will open a 'non paying bidder' dispute and will have no other option but to leave negative feedback.

Please ignore the Parcelforce option when purchasing an item as all items are sent via Nightfreight couriers.

All orders received before 10am will be dispatched the same day (providing we have a contact telephone number).

Our courier will only attempt delivery once. You must be at home on the day of delivery otherwise you will incur a £13 re-delivery fee.

If there is no one home on the day of delivery, you must email us with an alternative date or alternative address

We require a daytime contact telephone number for all orders. Without a contact telephone number, we are unable to dispatch your item.

If you do not request a specific delivery date, one of our operators will call you to arrange one.

We advise you check your email regularly for updates on any order placed, this includes your junk mail folder. We cannot be held responsible for emails returned due to your inbox being full.

Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday only.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale

We cannot give timed deliveries and all items must be signed for.

If you have any problems, please email and we aim to reply within 4 hours (during opening hours).

We only accept returns for damaged items when the damage has been caused by the courier and not because you have decided you do do not like the item.

Please check the item carefully before signing the drivers delivery note. If the packaging is damaged or you suspect the item is damaged or you can see that the item is damaged, you must either sign as damaged or refuse delivery. If you do not sign for the item as 'DAMAGED', we cannot accept liability. CHECK YOUR ITEM CAREFULLY AND THEN SIGN FOR IT. Please call the warehouse at point of delivery if you have problems with the courier.

Collection is by appointment only. It is the customers responsibility to call the warehouse on 01225 868810 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm to arrange a suitable time.

Please remember that you may be refused collection without an appointment and the relevant paperwork. You may well realise what you have purchased but our warehouse staff may not unless you can provide your item number and purchase details.

Any complaints must be made within the first 24 hour period after receiving your goods. Customers are required to email complaints or you can write to us in person to explain any problems you may have encountered.

If you have a problem with an order eg. Non delivery on the day you were advised. You are required to Call us on 01225 868810 as we cannot be held responsible for email delays.
