Payment to be received within 7 days of winning auction please. Non-payment after 7 days will result in non-payment procedure started.

POSTAGE

All items will be well packaged . I do keep all proof of postage receipts should you need to claim for a lost item with Royal Mail. Items are classed as lost after 15 working days after dispatch and i ask buyers to make the claim for a lost item as it is much quicker to do it this way. Returns are only accepted in exceptional circumstances, not just because the item doesnt fit. Therefore ask questions before bidding.  Returned items will be refunded on their auction price only, i do not refund postage costs.

Extra measurements can be requested if you require them and I am more than happy to answer any questions regarding the item. I don't accept returned items that simply do not fit. I will not answer threatening or abusive emails from buyers who have not read the description correctly and feel the need to become aggressive and threaten with negative feedback, as we all know due to ebays new ruling sellers cannot leave negative feedback and some buyers see this is an opportunity to threaten to leave it.  Sorry to be so formal but in the past i have had experiences in this.
