3 Wishes offers a seven-working-day returns policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
·The buyer must inform  3 Wishes of his or her wish to return an item, for any reason, within seven working days after the date on which the buyer received the item. 
·3 Wishes does not require buyers to return items to locations outside the United Kingdom.
·Provided: (a) the buyer sends the item back to 3 Wishes via a postal service that is recorded (i.e. the post is signed for) or trackable online; and (b) the item is undamaged and in a fully resaleable condition, 3 Wishes accepts this return and will refund the buyer the full purchase price.  Returned goods must have Consignment reference number supplied by us when contacted, along with details of customer name, address, telephone number and reason for return enclosed.
·In relation to returned items that are defective or significantly not as described, 3 Wishes will refund buyers' postage costs for returning the items. In relation to items that are simply unwanted, 3 Wishes requires buyers to return the items at their own expense, buyers are informed that they must pay the postage costs of returning unwanted items. 3 Wishes make it clear in their listings that buyers are responsible for paying the postage costs of returning the said items.
·3 Wishes is not required to offer a returns policy in relation to the following software, music CDs, DVDs and recordable media, if the seals have been broken; made-to-order or customised items; or greetings cards if the seals have been broken.  It is at 3 Wishes  discretion whether to accept returns of such items 3 Wishes makes it clear in their item descriptions if they will accept returns of such items 
·Non faulty products must be returned to 3 Wishes within a 7 day period following the date of the item being received.
·Faullty products must be returned to 3 Wishes within a 14 day period following the date of the item being received.
