1. Contract / Acception of the Order
The acception of your order begins with the delivery of the goods to your appointed address. Your order is considered canceled if your purchased item is not delivered to you within 14 days after payment. In that case, you will receive a full refund of your purchased order including all the shipping costs within 7 business days.

2. Return Policy

We offer our customers a 14-day return and MONEY-BACK-GURANTE on all purchased items. The 14-day period starts with the day you receive your purchased item at your provided  shipping address and ends with the date you shipped it back to us (postage stamp or date of the carrier picking it up from you). (The full refund does in general not include the shipping costs payed by you, unless the unlikely situation occurs in which we have sent you a defective or wrong item!)
