Damaged or faulty items, must be reported immediately to the delivery driver and to us by email, within 12hrs of delivery, to arrange exchange, replacement parts, collection, re-delivery or refund. 
Only items returned, UNUSED, correctly sealed and in their original packaging, will be considered. (As you will be charged for any further damage or missing parts etc)  
Monies will only be refunded if the fault/damage is seen to be due to structural fault, manufacture error, or transportation. But only, after safe receipt and inspection back at our warehouse.
Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, may be exchanged or refunded, but you must contact us within 12hrs of purchase by email. Please note that the initial p&p will be lost, as only the cost of the product will be refunded. We will arrange the collection of the item, for which there will be a minimum return carriage and handling charge of £12, which will be deducted from your final product refund.
