DELIVERY TIMES

All items are shipped from the UK. We ship all items within 2 working days of receipt of payment (We often ship much faster). Please note that working days are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm GMT. We are not usually in the office at weekends.

Examples: If payment is received on Tuesday at 5pm, your item will be shipped before 5pm on Thursday.                   If payment is received on Friday at 2pm your item will be shipped before 2pm on Tuesday.

Within the UK We ship fast but delivery times are dependant upon Royal Mail. Most items will arrive 1 - 3 days after we have shipped them, but please be aware that postal delays can and do happen from time to time so please allow up to 14 days for UK deliveries to arrive. Outside the UK We ship fast but delivery times are dependant upon the postal services in the UK and in the destination country so please allow extra time for international post. Due to the current worldwide political situation, international orders are being more closely examined by Customs Officials which may delay delivery of your items. Customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer (please check with your country's postal service). Most items will arrive 5 - 10 days after we have shipped them, but please be aware that postal delays can and do happen from time to time (both within the UK and in the destination country) so please allow up to 28 days for your item to arrive.
