Disney Song Of The South

PAL format genuine double hologram VHS video in excellent condition.

Classic 1946 Disney movie starring Ruth Warwick & Bobby Driscoll. A musical tale of Uncle Remus who uses his stories of Brer Rabbit to help a young boy.

 

Uncle Remus draws upon his tales of Brer Rabbit to help little Johnny deal with his confusion over his parents' separation as well as his new life on the plantation. The tales: The Briar Patch, The Tar Baby and Brer Rabbit's Laughing place.

 

This movie has never been released in the USA (and never will) due to Disney deeming the content to be politically incorrect, it has also never been released on DVD.

 

The only official release with full English language and no subtitles was in PAL (European) format, The only official NTSC format released was the Japanese version with subtitles.

 

This PAL format VHS cassette will play on American dual format (PAL/NTSC) VCR's.
