refunds will be given in the following circumstances:

Error in the description of the item.
Genuine damage caused during delivery.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of the item being received.
Buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging costs.
Proof of postage must be obtained for all goods returned.
Amount refunded will be total cost paid minus our original P&P charge 
and a 10% restocking fee. 
An item genuinely damaged during posting will be refunded in full providing 
the item is returned and that postal insurance was paid for at time of purchase.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
