If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

PLEASE NOTE that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item.
For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less the postage charges. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and/or removed from packaging and/or are not suitable for re-sale. For items of furniture etc that have been assembled or partly assembled, we are unable to accept returns.

Our Electrical products come with a 1 year manufacturer guarantee which means that if a fault develops after 28 days of purchase and within the 12 month of original purchase you should contact the manufacturer (details are provided within the item on a leaflet).  If the fault develops with the 28 days then it can be returned to ourselves for a replacement. A refund will only be given if the item cannot be replaced or repaired.
