This Cel has a Gigantic DILBERT. This is the real thing: backpainted cel art. This is an important scene as Dilbert, an Engineer, is assigned the task of creating art that can produce income for his corporation. Dilbert creates "BLUE DUCKS", a minimalist art concept with no redeeming value.  Management makes the Blue Duck an art icon.  In a series of scenes, BLUE DUCK is shown on NYC Landmark Museums (and the LOUVRE in Paris).  In this case:

MOMA Museum(shown on the background).  The portrayal by the Dilbert artists is very true to life.  AMERICAN POP ART imitating AMERICAN POP ART.

This auction is for an original Production Art Cel from the 1999 Season of the Dilbert TV Cartoon show.  This is  an original production art cel accompanied by a  glossy presentation background.  Size is 13"x11".  This setup has  a great DILBERT cel.

This is the real thing: backpainted cel art. Now a lost art as Dilbert was the next to the last hand painted cartoon show prior to the transition to digital.  Availability of cels with this nice a presentation of Dilbert character are not widely available.

These Dilbert episodes originally were broadcast on the UPN network, but you can actually see them nowdays on the Comedy Central cable channel.
