FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
SHIPPING & DELIVERY : All books are sent from the UK.
International Buyers - please see Air Mail costs in the Item description.
We ship books to Europe, USA, Canada, Israel, Australia , New Zealand and Turkey. We do not ship to any other countries. Buyers outside the UK are responsible for the payment of import duties where applicable.
ORIGINAL : ALL OUR BOOKS ARE PURCHASED AS BRAND NEW - WE DO NOT SELL SECOND HAND OR EX LIBRARY BOOKS.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES: If you make multiple purchases please request an invoice before making payment and before going through the eBay checkout. We cannot combine items or reduce postage once they have been paid for individually.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept payment by Paypal only. We do not accept any other form of payment.
POSTAGE OPTIONS: All items are sent by standard 1st class mail or Air Mail unless they exceed £100. There will be no tracking numbers for items under £100 but we guarantee your purchase and will replace or refund an item lost in the post.
OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee to send you a replacement or a refund if your purchase does not arrive within 14 days from dispatch (International buyers see below).
MY BOOK HAS NOT ARRIVED - WHAT DO I DO NOW? Your purchases are guaranteed with us. If your item has not arrived within 14 days (UK purchasers) of dispatch we will either send you a replacement or refund your purchase. European Buyers - we will re-send or replace if not received after 21 days of dispatch (except Italy which is 28 days). Non-European Buyers: we will re-send or replace if not received after 6 weeks of dispatch. We cannot do anything before these timescales as the Royal Mail will not concede that the item is lost until then and we cannot make a claim against them until then. The above is conditional on the buyer supplying a correct delivery address.
If you have not received your item and 14 days have not passed since dispatch, please be patient and wait for the time to elapse. If 14 days have passed and still no delivery please contact us vie the eBay messaging system. If the item you have ordered is larger than a standard letterbox we would advise you check with your local sorting office (and neighbours) even if you have not received a card from your postman.
MY PURCHASE HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED: We will not knowingly dispatch a damaged item, but items can occasionally receive damage in transit. If this happens please contact us and we will arrange for the item to be returned and a replacement sent out to you (or a refund).
PACKAGING: Books are packed and dispatched by our warehouse staff in either a padded envelope or a box as appropriate. The package will contain a dispatch note but no prices are shown on this. We cannot include other items or add notes to the outside of the package.
CONTACT US : We work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and will endeavour to reply to all e-mails/messages received. Please note that we cannot reply to e-mails received in the evening or at weekends until the next working day.
We value our feedback rating. If you have a problem with any item, please contact us first before leaving negative feedback. In our experience, just about anything can be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. |
