Orders are sent out by Royal Mail, Courier or Parcelforce Euro 48, dependent on the size and value of the products and delivery destination.

If items are returned to us because there is nobody available to accept the delivery, the buyer will be responsible for any redelivery charges incurred.

Provided an item is unused, it may be returned for a refund provided it reaches us within 14 days of the original delivery date.
