If a book is ordered in error, we are prepared to accept a return as long as it is received within 7 working days. We suggest that it is returned to us in the same wrapping that we used to send it out. If the book is received by us in the same condition that it was sent out, we will refund the cost of the book. However, as the book is photocopiable, we will be unable to give a refund if it appears that the book has been opened and copied. |
