All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Orders for which payments are received before 2pm (UK time) are dispatched on the same day.

We use Royal Mail postal services to ship within the UK and standard Airmail to ship internationally. A certificate of postage is retained for every parcel shipped to ensure compensation should the need to make any claim arise.

International Signed For or Airsure postal services are mandatory for international orders which exceed £36 GBP in value to ensure every order is fully insured against loss or damage.

However, we do also stock items in brand new condition when we are lucky enough to source stock that is mint and has never been played. This may come from a number of sources such as warehouse and shop clearances or from collectors who never even open or play an item after purchase etc.

Within eBay the first indication as to an items condition should be the Item Specifics, this will tell you immediately if an item is new or used. Then check the bottom of our item description, after the tracklisting, this is where we grade the vinyl or disc and its sleeve, covers, inlays and inserts, and any other special accompanying items such as limited edition posters or packaging etc.

Every item we sell on eBay is professionally cleaned (if required), visually inspected and graded in accordance with the recognized UK standard, Record Collector’s grading system, as specified in the current edition of their Rare Record Price Guide. We hope you will appreciate the fact that, as a small company, it is impossible for us to listen to every item we sell and we are not always able to provide MP3 soundclips due to our limited resources.

All of the Buy It Now only items listed within our eBay Shop are also listed for sale within the Discogs music database. Discogs uses the Goldmine Standard for grading items which is slightly different to the Record Collector system and as such the grading may appear different, although the item is the same. This is the reason for any anomaly which may be apparent when cross referencing between the two marketplaces.
