Under the Consumer Protection Regulations you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period to return the item if you change your mind. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return the item, please include your eBay ID and item number.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged suitable for resale. You must pay the delivery cost of returning the item; this will not be refunded by us.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, refunds will be made the same way in which the monies were received.
If any goods/items are damaged please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damaged area. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If any goods/items have to be returned this must be done within 14 days of receipt. A full refund will only be issued once goods have been physically received and checked.

We work with one of the UK's largest leather upholstery specialists to make sure that your furnitures appearance is not spoilt by everyday accidents such as household spills, rip’s, tears, burns, scratches, punctures, scuffs and staining etc. The 5 year premium care service provides you will peace of mind that repair costs and stain removal are taken care of (subject to terms and conditions). Why are your prices so good, am I compromising on quality?
No we are importers who import directly off the manufacturer and sell directly to you, in effect cutting out any middlemen. The prices we quote are comparable to trade prices (smaller margins).
Do you have a showroom that I can visit?
We have a warehouse that you are more then welcome to visit, we can show you our sofas, our new ranges and above all you can feel our leather quality! We are very confident in our products. We invite all customers. All sales in our warehouse will have to be conducted directy through ebay.Thank you for taking the time to look at our items.
