We use national couriers for large bulky furniture and parcel force for smaller items. Once balance is cleared our courier company will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. We aim to deliver items within 7 days of cleared payment. Please note delivery to Scotland and Cornwall can take up to 14 days.
All collections are free of delivery charges and balances can be cleared on inspection in our warehouse. We also offer all customers the opportunity to visit us and inspect any purchase prior final payment.
We will contact you to confirm an approximate date after the purchase. If you would like to purchase more than one sofa an extra £15 will be charged per sofa on top of the price below. All items are quality checked before dispatch.

Delivery is via a 1 man courier team who will bring the furniture into your home and position it at your request(This will require a helping hand from you to take the furniture out of the van and into the property) For a 2 man lift a surcharge of £29 will be applied.
For delivery to flats/apartments without lift access the sofa will be delivered to hallway/reception area only, it is the discretion of the driver as to whether he will take it up to your flat apartment but this is not guaranteed (a helping hand might help). If the sofa is dropped off to hallway/reception it becomes your responsibility at this point.

Our EBay shop area allows customers to purchase high quality furniture at trade prices. Our prices on EBay are approximately 40% below there retail value. Our clients include homebuilders, interior designers, ITV 60 minute make over, bars and clubs. We have been sourcing high quality furniture for several years and work direct with manufacturers. We insure products we sell are of the highest quality. We are confident you will struggle to find a better deal on the web.
Arrived Damaged or Faulty - If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty your first action is to inform us by email to returns@denelli.co.uk within 48 hours. Our Returns Department will then arrange the return of these goods and we will replace the goods at no charge. For our large bulky items such as sofas, the courier will open the items for you to check and make sure they are in sound condition. If there is a problem, items will be taken back immediately by the courier and we will re arrange delivery.
Faulty Goods - If your purchase was originally fine but has become faulty quite soon afterwards, please email us in the first instance to returns@denelli.co.uk with a short description of the problem and we will email you back.
Non-Faulty Goods - Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product. In the first instance please contact us by email to returns@denelli.co.uk or phone within 48 hours. Our Returns Department will then contact you with the relevant procedure. Provided the goods are received in brand new, never been used condition and with the same packaging that they left our warehouse in, we will fully refund the price of the goods less delivery and collection costs. You will receive your refund via a cheque within 14 days.
We do not accept returns for non faulty goods if:

Cancellation - You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you place your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing, either to sales@denelli.co.uk, quoting your name, address and items ordered, or by post to:

Contract - We must receive payment for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an invoice. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Price - The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on EBay. You will be required to pay delivery charges, where applicable. For overseas delivery charges please email us with the delivery address and the items you wish to order and we will provide a quotation.
Payment - All ordered items need to be fully paid for before delivery is required. All pre orders require a 30% deposit.
Taxes - All purchases within the UK are charged VAT at 17.5%. The prices on our site are VAT inclusive. Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. However due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction, we advise you to request a colour sample. To Order Items - Delivery dates acknowledged by V Star Ltd are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturers lead times and transportation schedules. Therefore orders may be shipped on the estimated date, prior to the estimated date with the buyers approval or after the estimated date (after notification to the buyer). Special delivery conditions requested by the buyer should be given in writing or at the time of order placement and will be considered by V Star Ltd and if necessary conditions and charges may change accordingly. From delivery or placement into storage all risks for the goods are passed to the buyer.
Liability - We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation, other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

The importation or exportation of certain types of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. Governing law - The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Why are your prices so good, am I compromising on quality? No we are importers who import directly off the manufacturer and sell directly to you, in effect cutting out any middlemen. The prices we quote are comparable to trade prices (smaller margins).
Do you have a showroom that I can visit? We have a warehouse that you are more then welcome to visit, we can show you our sofas, our new ranges and above all you can feel our leather quality!
