We offer a 7 day return policy for all items our items except Earrings which, unfortunately we exclude due to hygiene reasons. Any item returned within 7 days of receipt in its original unworn condition will be offered a refund excluding our P&P costs or an exchange if that is the customers preference.
We try our up most to provide detailed descriptions in our listings & honest photos. So if you are at all disappointed with an item please contact us to discuss & allow us to be given the opportunity to rectify any problems.
