The sofa is made from luxury Italian leather. It sits on highly polished stainless steel legs, the frames are made from kiln dried hardwood, handmade by expert craftsmen. Comfort is sustained with supportive foam filled seats, foam filled arm pads and soft fibre filled back cushions. The sofa is BS5852 compliant (British fire resistance standard) and completely flame proofed. All our sofas come with the latest anti-sag technology which help maintain shape and keep your sofa looking as good as new. Cushions included with this sofa.

we use a courier company who collect from our warehouse once a week (normally Fridays). When your payment is cleared we will add you order to the next dispatch, for delivery the next week. The courier company will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. Exceptions to this policy can be arranged please contact us if you require this.

We will contact you to confirm an approximate date after the purchase. If you would like to purchase more than one sofa an extra £15 will be charged per sofa on top of the price below. All items are quality checked before dispatch.

Delivery is via a 2 man courier team who will bring the sofa into your home and position it at your request. For delivery to flats/apartments WITHOUT LIFT ACCESS the sofa will be delivered to hallway/reception area only, it is the discretion of the driver as to whether he will take it up to your flat/apartment but this is not guaranteed (a helping hand might help). If the sofa is dropped off to hallway/reception it becomes your responsibility at this point.

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period to return the item if you change your mind. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return the item, please include your eBay ID and item number.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged suitable for resale. You must pay the delivery cost of returning the item; this will not be refunded by us.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, refunds will be made the same way in which the monies were received.

If any goods/items are damaged please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damaged area. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If any goods/items have to be returned this must be done within 14 days of receipt. A full refund will only be issued once goods have been physically received and checked.

We work with one of the UK's largest leather upholstery specialists to make sure that your furnitures appearance is not spoilt by everyday accidents such as household spills, rip’s, tears, burns, scratches, punctures, scuffs and staining etc. The 5 year premium care service provides you will peace of mind that repair costs and stain removal are taken care of (subject to terms and conditions). Why are your prices so good, am I compromising on quality?

No we are importers who import directly off the manufacturer and sell directly to you, in effect cutting out any middlemen. The prices we quote are comparable to trade prices (smaller margins).

Do you have a show room that I can visit?

We have a warehouse that you are more then welcome to visit, we can show you our sofas, our new ranges and above all you can feel our leather quality! We are very confident in our products.
