This item has been used but is still in fab condition and still comes in its original box.  I originally bought this from Lakeland and have not used it in ages and it seems such a waste just to leave it stuck in a box!  It is a deluxe paper trimmer and can perform both straigh and perforated cuts. It has a spare blade which is cleverly stored in the base of the cutter so you will not lose it!  It has all the instructions on the outside of the box and information inside about obtaining replacement blades as and when you would need them.  The box comes with a very handy carrying handle too!  This item is heavy so sorry for the P&P.
