All Buy it now sales (Not auctions) come with 7day full refund or exchange guarantee.(not including postage) If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within this period and we will replace the defective item for you. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:

    * All returns must be accompanied with eBay user Id, eBay item number or invoice number.
    * Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
    * Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
    * Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
    * A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
    * In the event you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item please follow the above terms but also include a request for reimbursement of your postage costs to return the item.

Shipping Terms
We offer shipping worldwide. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout.
All UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class, in the event your item has not arrived within 15 working days a refund will be issued and we will claim on the insurance.

    * Notification email will be sent upon dispatch.
    * Payment must be received within one week of the auction close.
    * We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re list the item if payment has not been received within this time frame.
    * We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hrs.
