Unfortunately due to the technical problems beyond our control we are not able to ship to the following countries:

You can return the product under our 14 days return policy provided that the product has not been used or assembled and it's in the same brand new condition as it's been sold. If for any reason you decide to return the item, you can contact us for a full refund. Please follow the procedure below:

• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods, should you wish to return your item.
• The cost of the product only will be refunded. Postage costs will be refunded, if the product received was incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt.
• All returned products will be refunded or exchanged, provided they have not been opened or used. In the interests of hygiene and for obvious safety and health concerns, we cannot accept the product that has been in use.
• Please ensure that returns are sufficiently wrapped and packed for posting as items damaged during the return may only receive a part refund.
• Please also send the original invoice, your name or userid with the package.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept the return, if the product shows any signs of use or assembling. If the product is faulty, we can either send you replacement parts or exchange it for a new item.
