One of the best sliding aluminium loft ladders available, ideal for daily domestic and commercial use. They are suited for domestic use where a very safe and sturdy ladder is required and are widely used in many commercial installations.

The spring couterbalanced action on nylon slides makes for smooth, silent and efforless operation. The two section ladder raises and lowers with the trap door. Comfortable, extra wide 77 mm deep flat, non-slip, angled treads allow for easy and safe climbing and two large safety handrails are fitted along the full length of the ladders.

Installation is pretty much straightforward. Pivot arms and heavy duty springs are attached to the loft floor, the ladder also attaches to the hatch edge and upper face of the hatch door. All the fittings required for installation are delivered with the ladders as is an operating pole for convenient and safe ladder lowering.
