9)Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. If the reason for the refund is our fault in anyway a full refund including shipping is made immeditately. If a buyer purchases in error we need to recover our ebay listing and selling fees - this will be negotiated with the buyer. If the wrong item is bought and shipped, the correct product where possible will be offered and shipping will need to be repaid. Where this is not possible, a refund will be made minus the shipping and ebay costs.
