This laptop computer is in good, tested second user condition and the hard drive is free from errors. To make your life easier, Windows XP Professional has been installed by our technicians (original licence sticker present).

We are offering it complete with PSU and working battery

THIS IS A GREAT ITEM AT A SUPERB PRICE!!!

This laptop is ideal for office/home-office environments. The laptop battery works but we do not know how long it holds charge for. There may be some light scratches or scuffs to the laptop but nothing outside the scope of standard second user laptops.
Centrino technology processors use less power and extend the life of your battery.

We do not offer manuals or Software disks for this computer. This laptop is offered with a 30day RTB warranty. There is no warranty on the battery as it is considered a consumable

Collection from our warehouse in Hilsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire, is offered at no cost from Mon-Fri 9:30am-4:30pm under prior appointment only or the item can be delivered by couriers at the stated transport costs (these transport costs covers you for up to 3 laptops sent in the same parcel within England and Wales mainland. Transport to other areas is more expensive but covers you for up to 30Kg ie: 4 laptops

Warranty Item has a 30 day RTB warranty period from invoice date for you to ensure that our product meets or surpasses advertised condition, description and technical specification. Technical support is provided, but is limited to resolving issues that only concern their advertised condition, description and specifications.

Please check your item thoroughly for damage when you unpack it. Warranty returns due to damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Support and warranty obligations for pre-installed software, such as Windows are limited to 72 hours after delivery. Please check your software installation carefully prior to installing further software. If you are unsure how to check, please contact us.

Payment We accept payment via:

  • Direct payment to our bank account - Bank transfers into our account may take up to 5 working days to clear. Most cash payments into our account clear the same day but in some cases clearing may take up to 24 hours.
  • Cash on collection - You can pay cash on collection from our warehouse in Portsmouth by prior appointment ONLY. We are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 4:30. Items for collection are not boxed. If customer requires boxing/packaging of items they will need to add £7.00 per parcel to cover handling/packaging costs.
Final Fees VAT at 17.5% is included in all our Ebay transactions. A VAT receipt will be provided on request.

European customers outside the UK, which are VAT registered companies, and who can supply a VAT number and company details (company address must tally to delivery address) are exempt of paying VAT but the above details must be supplied
Shipping We use Business Post next working day service (Mon-Fri) for most UK mainland locations for parcels weighing between 2Kg-20Kg.

The delivery charge for standard UK mainland deliveries is £14 which covers all England and Wales post codes (excluding islands).

When the weight exceeds 20kg but less than 30Kg the standard charge increases to £23.

Smaller parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Business Post Easy Pack with variable pricing depending on volume, weight and service required.

Parcel transportation under 20kg to Europe, Northern Ireland and other non standard areas is carried out via Parcelforce 48 service. Prices vary depending on destination.

Pallet transportation is carried by UK Pallets, at a cost of £57 per pallet (VAT inclusive) for most UK mainland locations. Please contact us to confirm exact delivery cost. Pallets are usually dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of cleared funds. The customer is free to arrange their own pallet transportation, however in this case we charge £8 per pallet to cover loading and palletising costs.
