WARRANTY SUPPORT

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with one of our items within the warranty period, please contact us by email. Our technicians will try to assist you as much as possible. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely the bidder is responsible for the return of the product to us. The item should be sent back to us in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice. When we have resolved the problem delivery back to you is our responsibility. Should we not be able to repair an item or replace a damaged item then a refund will be given.

We check all serial numbers and tamperproof labels on return. Should our technicians discover that a returned item has been tampered with in any way the warranty shall cease to operate and no refund will be given.
