THE PLASTICS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION AND HAVE NO DENTS OR CRACKS.THE SCREEN LID DOES HAVE A FEW LIGHT SCRATCHES ON IT.

THE OPERATING SYSTEM HAS BEEN FULLY UPDATED VIA THE WINDOWS UPDATE WEBSITE, INCLUDING SP3.

IT ALSO HAS THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE INSTALLED.
