Although this is the larger size designed for use on the body, it is the same formula as the facial 50ml product & can be used on both face & body.

Payment
I prefer paypal (within 3 days please), but I will accept crossed postal orders, bankers drafts & bank transfers within 7 days. Please note I no longer accept personal cheques.
If you have a problem with this timescale then please contact me, I am reasonable, otherwise a non paying bidder dispute will be opened, as this is the only way I can reclaim some of my fees paid.
If you are paying by postal order/bankers draft, please make sure you complete checkout within 3 days, so I know to expect a postal order/bankers draft and get an official record of what postage method you have paid for.
If you are paying by bank transfer, please complete checkout (selecting ‘other payment method’) & request my bank details. Please send payment within 3 days, as it takes a further 2-4 working days to reach my account.
You will receive an email once payment has been received & also when your item has been dispatched. As all of these payment methods are guaranteed, (Paypal E-cheques will need to clear first), your item will be posted same or next working day.

Postage
I combine postage for multiple items, so please make sure you wait for an invoice, although some items may not be able to be combined due to weight, size or value.
1st & 2nd class recorded both compensate up to £36 for loss or damage. If your item(s) have a value higher than £36, special delivery will be offered, which is fully insured. If the value is very high, I reserve the right to only offer special delivery. If full compensation cover is not taken at time of purchase, I will only be able to claim £36 for you, in the event of loss or damage.
For BPFO addresses, please choose 1st class, as this is the same price. If you pay for 2nd class, your payment will be refunded & you will be invoiced for the correct amount.

Delivery
1st class usually takes 1-2 working days, 2nd class 1-4 working days & special delivery is next working day guaranteed. Your parcel will need a signature upon delivery, if you are out, Royal Mail will leave a card. Royal Mail keep recorded items for 7 days before returning to sender, in which case, you would need to repay postage costs to have the item sent back out to you.
Please note items sometimes get delayed. Royal Mail require a 15 day wait before classing UK items as lost. Do feel free to contact me if your item hasn't arrived within the usual delivery time, so I can confirm when your item was posted and email you a copy of the certificate of posting if you wish, but I will not be able to make a claim until the 15 days have passed.
If you would like your item to be sent to a different address, eg. as a present, you need to add this address to paypal as an alternative address, before you complete payment. I no longer need addresses to be ‘confirmed’ to be covered by seller protection, but I do need to post to the address stated on the payment page.

Loss/Damage
I keep a certificate of posting for every parcel I post. Items are not considered missing until 15 days have passed since date of despatch.
If your item hasn’t arrived within this time frame, please get in touch with me so I can make a claim through Royal Mail. Part of the claim process involves Royal Mail writing to the buyer to ask them to confirm non-receipt. Unfortunately, far too many buyers have not returned these forms to Royal Mail after I have refunded them, so I haven’t received my refund from Royal Mail. I can’t afford to do this any longer, so you will now receive the refund when I receive it from Royal Mail. This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to about 2 months. Alternatively, I can forward you the certificate of posting & necessary info for you to make the claim yourself. If the value is over £36 and extra insurance cover was not taken, I will only be able to claim you £36.
If the item is damaged, please keep the packaging as I will need the item & packaging sending back to me, so I can forward them on to Royal Mail with the claim. I may, at my discretion, refund or replace, including the return postage costs, on receipt of the damaged item & packaging. Otherwise, I will refund once compensation has been received from Royal Mail.
I only keep certificates of posting for 2 months, so please make sure you contact me within this time frame.

Problems with items or service
If your item is faulty, please contact me asap to arrange return. For items that are not as described (eg. wrong item, size, etc) please contact me within 24 hours of receipt & item must be returned un-opened & in the same condition as sent. In both of these cases, you will be offered a replacement (if I have stock) plus a refund for return postage costs or a full refund plus a payment for return postage costs. If however, on return, your item is found not to be faulty or not as described, you will need to repay postage costs to have the item sent back to you.
I always try to make your buying experience as pleasurable & as easy as possible. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service or the items, please get in touch before leaving feedback, as I may be able to resolve the issue for you. It is your right as a customer, to complain, but I have the right as a seller, to be given the chance to rectify any problem. Unfortunately, the only bad feedbacks I have ever received have been from buyers that left them by mistake or without contacting me first, so please contact me if you are new & unsure of anything, I'm here to help. I would rather sort out a problem & have you return as a repeat customer, than go away unhappy.
On the same note, if you are happy with the service & items, please remember to tell others about it, via feedback. Once you are happy with your item & service received & have left feedback for me, I will do the same for you.
