All tracks have been digitally remastered.
The musical merits of this album notwithstanding, it gets special points for being (to our knowledge) the only work of its kind "based on an idea by Congressman Jose E. Serrano of the Bronx, NY." How this meeting of the minds from two different worlds came about is not vouchsafed in Nancy Sinatra's liner notes, but it is undoubtedly a cool thing nevertheless.
In any case, as the double entendre title suggests, this is a collection of romantic ballads, mostly culled from Sinatra's many albums (some are previously unreleased tracks or demos) that prove, as Sinatra observes in the notes, that "Cole Porter and Jim Morrison can co-exist." Not to be missed--a lounge version of the Kinks' "Tired of Waiting for You" that really needs to be included on the soundtrack of a future AUSTIN POWERS sequel.

The CD, JEWEL CASE AND INSERTS are all in NEAR MINT condition - the CD is actually FACTORY SEALED! 

This CD is an audiophile quality pressing (any collector of fine MFSL, half speeds, direct to discs, Japanese/UK pressings etc., can attest to the difference a quality pressing can make to an audio system).

    • Includes the cost of packaging materials and a small handling fee.
    • Takes about TWO (2) weeks to arrive in most USA destinations from Canada after it leaves here (air service), depends on the time of year, etc..
