Returns:
If for some reason when you receive your item you have a problem with it, please send a message to us via eBay ASAP so that we can rectify the issue for you as soon as possible. returns are dealt with on a return to base policy, if we are made aware of the problem within the warranty period, we guarantee to repair or replace in the first instance, if we are unable to do either we will refund you. If you are returning the item please ensure it is packed correctly and with everything it was sent with, plus a short note and the reference number. If you send an item back to us with no clear information we will hold the item for 5 working days before disposing of it, and any replacement or refund will be void. The item will need to be returned within 5 working days after receipt of delivery. In the event of the item being returned in a working condition an error/fault being through user error both the return and the initial postage cost, plus the resending cost will the buyers sole responsibility. The return postage in all cases will remain the buyers sole responsibility.

The only way to contact us is via eBay message, we do not reply to e-mail. When sending a message with a question referring to your order please ensure you send the message from the actual "contact seller" link in the listing, otherwise we will not be able to chase your order efficiently. Abusive language will not be tolerated or responded to, and will be reported to eBay.

* - Please note if you are off the UK mainland your item will be shipped with Royal Mail, it's possible an extra charge may be incurred, this will take 2-4 days. The next day courier service excludes weekends and bank holidays. We cannot provide timed deliveries or Saturday deliveries.
