EBay Returns
The cost of the item will be refunded if returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery provided the item is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. However any item returned will be at the buyers own expense. Please make sure that all returns are sent with insurance as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost in post. Availability - We try to ensure that we always have in stock the item offered; our site is updated every 24hours. However as we operate from a ‘bricks & mortar’ shop, occasionally an item you have purchased may also have sold from the shop within that 24 hour period. In those circumstances, we will notify you of this, so you can decide whether or not you wish to take a similar item at that price. If you decide not to take a similar item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid.
If a buyer intentionally purchases an item and then requests that item in a different size/colour that we may not have listed, we will reserve the right to charge an administrative fee, which will be equivalent to re-listing fees plus ebay final value sellers fees.
