All the orders received by 2:00 pm are shipped same working day. Any order received after 2:00 pm will be shipped next working day. If you have any query regarding your order please contact us 

Free UK Delivery:
                All buy it now items are sent free of charge to UK including Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Isles. Please not that if you are a winning bidder for an auction item you have to pay postage for each pair.  

Next Day Delivery: 
              You can get next day delivery for extra charge of only £4.99. If you want a next day delivery please contact us. We will send you an invoice for postage via Paypal or you can send the payment direct to our paypal to make the process quicker. If you have won an auction item and you want Next Day delivery you have to pay £4.99 plus the postage charge.



Shipping To Europe:  
             Shipping to Europe is only £4.99* per item and for each additional pair it will be £3.49. All the orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For service. It may take upto 5 working days to deliver.

World Wide Shipping
                Shipping for all the countries outside Europe will be £9.99* per item and for each additional pair it will be £4.99. All the orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For service and it may take upto 9 working days for delivery.

If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will leave a card in your letterbox in order for you to get in touch with them to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Please be aware that you must get in touch with them as they will attempt to deliver one more time before sending the parcel back to us.

We operate a no quibble 28 day refund/exchange policy. A full refund, excluding initial p&p charges, will be given providing goods are posted back within 28 days of receipt, as new, unworn and the buyer pays the return postage costs. 


When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim. 


We appreciate that shoe boxes may become slightly damaged in transit, however, we cannot accept returns on items where the packaging has been written on, taped up, or in the case of clothing, where the bags have been excessively torn. 


Please be aware that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever let us know and we will issue full refund including transport charges both ways. We are here to help.
