Acceptance: By placing a bid or making a purchase you have indicated your acceptance of our terms, so please review them and ask any questions before placing a bid or making a purchase. Offers, bids and purchases are not welcome from anyone with a negative (less than zero) feedback rating, two or more Unpaid Item Strikes in the last 30 days, or delinquent payments for previous auction or store purchases.
Best Offers: If available, offers should be for the total quantity available or a substantial quantity thereof.
Communications: Please include your eBay user name in all communications and with all payments. All communications and manual invoices are sent via direct email so you must have a valid working email address and properly configured spam filters in order to receive them. If you aren't receiving email from us please search your spam folder and adjust your spam filters because it's pointless for us to forward copy after copy when your spam filters delete everything. Our domain registration contains a SPF record and is not on any blacklists, so please direct all complaints to your ISP, email host, anti-spam vendor, etc.
Consolidating Purchases: We allow up to seven (7) days for you to make additional purchases but you must notify us that you're still shopping, and then request consolidation when you're done. All of your purchases will ship in one package unless this is impractical or impossible due to package weight, size, value or freight carrier regulations. It may be impossible to consolidate large, heavy or fragile items that have been pre-packaged for shipment, and it may not be economical to consolidate multiple flat-rate items. In these cases we will try to determine which is the most economical shipping solution. Purchases cannot be consolidated unless payment is also consolidated.
Shipping Costs & Options: eBay's Checkout automatically calculates shipping cost based upon the sum of the item/lot weights & dimensions, shipment destination and merchandise total. Insurance is required and must be selected when the merchandise total exceeds US$100. Checkout has some limitations: It cannot determine if your purchases fit into a flat-rate container or whether a flat-rate service would be more economical; shipping for multi-item/quantity purchases and international shipments is often higher than what we would calculate and invoice manually; few freight carriers and service options are offered; and FedEx, our primary ground-service freight carrier, is not supported (so by selecting UPS-Ground you will be selecting FedEx-Ground.)
If you prefer manually calculated shipping costs or other shipping options then select "Request a Total" in Checkout or contact us via email -- do not complete the Checkout process until we have updated the shipping cost. We will calculate shipping cost for the most economical freight carrier and service, including flat-rate services, or whenever possible for your requested freight carrier and service. Manual invoices cannot be created until orders are packaged for shipment so there may be a delay of up to two business days.
¡ Unless you've made a specific request, small to mid-size parcels will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, or when applicable via Media Mail. The USPS offers flat-rate Priority and Express Mail services using standardized containers and whenever possible and more economical we will use them, but the containers must be appropriate for their contents and must allow sufficient room for packaging materials. Insurance is not available for the Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Envelope but it can be Registered which will provide security and limited indemnity. Insurance is available for all other USPS flat-rate services. Weight limits, insurance rates and indemnity vary by country as detailed in the USPS Domestic and International Mail Manuals.
¡ Large or heavy parcels will be shipped via FedEx-Ground. Express parcels will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL. Parcels can also be shipped via other freight carriers if they are insured and the carrier will pick them up at our location.
¡ Local pickup is not available unless specified, and payment must be made in $US cash at the time of pickup.
Shipping Regulations, Requirements and Standards: All shipments must comply with the freight carrier's regulations, requirements and standards. International shipments must also comply with USA export regulations and the destination country's postal and import regulations. APO/FPO shipments must also comply with MPSA regulations. Buyers accept full liability for: All customs fees, import duties and brokerage fees; delay or loss due to interception or confiscation by a postal, customs, government or military authority; and return postage/freight if their packages are rejected or refused.
Payment: Payment must be denominated in $US and is expected from domestic (USA) buyers within seven (7) business days, or from international buyers within fourteen (14) business days. If payment is submitted via an online payment service and the terms of their user agreement are not met then payment will be refunded and it must be resubmitted. Packages will not be shipped until payment clears.

Shipping Schedule: Depending upon our sales volume we ship packages via USPS two to four times per week and via FedEx-Ground once or twice per week. Express shipments via FedEx, UPS and DHL can usually be arranged on any business day and sometimes on Saturdays. Time-critical shipments must be arranged in advance otherwise on-time shipment cannot be guaranteed.
Returns: An RMA must be requested within three business days of your receiving the shipment, then items must be returned promptly and be received in their original pre-sale condition. If we incorrectly identified an item then a full refund will be issued, otherwise a credit memo for 85% of the original merchandise total will be issued. The credit amount will be reduced if the returned items are not received in their pre-sale condition. Credit memos never expire and may be applied to any future purchases.
Feedback: When sales are closed out in eBay's BlackthornePro software it posts feedback automatically. When you receive your item(s) and post feedback for us we will close out the sale(s) and feedback will be posted for you. We do accounting and close out sales at least once per week so you should receive feedback from us within seven days.
Privacy: Your email and shipping addresses will only be used for responding to your inquiries, completing transactions or shipment-related purposes. No other personal information is retained and our sales and email records are encrypted and stored securely offline.
