DB Schenker - Ford Transit Van - 1/72 OO Scale

 

(please read below, the model being auctioned does have an imperfection to paintwork)

 

This is a code 3 model, modified and finished to a high standard with a detailed interior, side mirrors, highly detailed wheels, 'Ford' logo on bonet and rear doors, etc.

 

 

 

The new distinctive DB Schenker logo is fitted to both the side panels, on the bonet, and across the top of the rear doors.

 

 

 

DB Schenker are the new owners of EWS and many of the locomotives and rolling stock are being repainted to the new red livery colour.

 

 

 

The model being listed here has a slight defect in that the rear off side roof corner had paintwork chipped.

I have masked it with  a different shade red paint however as you can see from the inset right bottom picture, it is noticeable when viewed from the rear.

 

 

 

Park the van in a depot backed up against a building and you will not notice this imperfection, but I list my items honestly so you know what you are getting.

 

 

 

 

This model still looks superb and very realistic on any modern OO/HO Railway as a trackside feature anywhere near the rails, parked in a depot or on the open road.

 

 

 

 

Our DB Schenker livery Ford Transit Van here is a special code 3 model that we have designed and produced and therefore it is not available in the shops or anywhere else but from us.
