DASHING RED AND GOLD PIRATE COAT !!!

This dashing red Pirate Coat is just perfect for the Man who needs just abit of splash and class - all in one! Guaranteed to stand out in the crowd in a daring red polyester suiting material. This material is fabulous for jackets...has just a hint of a gleam to it and wears so very well with very little wrinkling and a good long life! Jacket has gold scrolled fau button holes in front with large gold engraved buttons to add just a touch of the military look. Jacket has large oversized cuffs made from soft silky gold velvet and finished off with gold rope trim. Jacket is fully lined in jet black lining for a very sharp flash as you move around the room!

Take the time to double check the measurements against a similar garment for fit. Ideally if you wear a 42" jacket or shirt, it is wise to buy one of my jackets an inch or two larger to insure good movement around the chest and shoulders. This jacket is tailor-fit. The front is cut on bias to sit nicely on your chest, and the extra inch or two will insure that it sits where it should without feeling snug. This is my favorite pattern to sew from, with the front cut on bias, and the back straight down, the cut is to sit nicely on your chest and flow down past your hips to the small flare at the hem. But do take the time to double check the measurements as this is a costume and is non-refundable so please ask any and all questions before purchase! Once you get the jacket take the time to pin the oversized cuffs back to where they work for you and give you the most dashing look. The following measurements have a gap measurement listed, this is meant to be there and was the style of the time, left open to show off your vest or waistcoats.

• Chest: 42" with 2"gap.
• Back neck to hem: 41".
• Around armhole: 21".
• Around hem: 56".
• Sleeve: 25" with 5" Gold Velvet oversized cuff.
• Neck to shoulder seam: 6 1/2".
