Our Dakota furniture is manufactured from solid mango wood, there is no veneer used in the construction. It is the original DAKOTA range very similar to the furniture NEXT were offering until the begining of last year when they changed their range to using veneer in their furniture.

This furniture is hand-made in India by craftsmen using traditional methods. With locally grown Mango fruit wood timber, a rich grained hardwood. The wood comes from sustainable forests which is re-forested as the timber is felled.

Each piece of furniture is individually handmade, each piece will retain it's own individual characteristics, with no two pieces exactly alike, Grain and colour variation are intrinsic in the nature of this product.

The furniture is finished with natural wax and the legs are fitted with rubber castor cups/ guides so you wont damage your floor when moving tables.
